We present you our new location on Viitorului Street No. 34. Situated in the historic area of Bucharest, this property was designed at the beginning of the 20th century thus having a history of over 100 years.

Having Art Nouveau and French inspired architectural elements, the villa impresses with its meticulously crafted ornamental details such as windows, mosaics, stained glass, carved woodwork and other interior design elements that have been preserved to this day, making the house a truly remarkable space.

The property offers privacy, being set back from the street line, with a spacious and impressive front yard, a green oasis with a canopy of cascading grapevines and fruit trees.

The reconstruction and renovation works retain the bohemian and classic air of the original building, being executed to the highest standards of architecture and construction, following a vision that harmoniously blends the old with the modern.
